This home charger provides a Yamaha Keybord whose original power supply was faulty. The original power supply had a transformer to generate the 9V voltage. This switching power supply is light, does not heat up during operation and produces no perceptible noise coupling, which is very important in a musical instrument. The cables on the secondary side could be made a little more robust, then everything would be perfect.
