I had the headset now about 24 months and can, therefore, objective reporting than many a "I have a new product and give 5 star" -Rezension.
With the range I was not satisfied, for example, from the start: No more than 5 meters, then it will have been closely by disconnections.
The sound reproduction in itself is quite good. Only the comfort is so unpleasant that it hurts after 2 hours on the ears.
The recording quality of the microphone is abysmal: TS2, TS3, skype, etc. Too much noise (like an old amateur radio O_o).
That's all quite okay if the unit had not given up the ghost after only 6 months. Out of nowhere, suddenly no longer Verbinung, only Fiepsen (quite loud) and then the headset is identified as "unknown USB device". For the price quite simply unacceptable. ==> Processing deficient!
And now the tiresome service problem with Creative: (See also my other review for Fatality headset cable.): On questions was answered with standard mails. After a return of the device Attention were (!) Reportedly found no fault.
Therefore: do not buy!
