The novel opens with a murder. A suicide will follow soon after. The story is told from memories of an adult who shared a deep friendship during youth, with another child. Until everything changed. Family heartbreak, broken friendships, confusions and regrets these are the main themes of So Long, See you tomorrow. The words are simple, concise style and not without humor. We even felt at times smacks of Holen Cauldfield of Catcher in the Rye in the intensity and sincerity of feelings as we deliver the narrator. That's good. A reading that does not disappoint.
