Compared to Lowepro toploader bag 45 I also used this Case Logic bag made more summary and does not seem to protect both the hardware of rain or shocks.
I will therefore rather the Lowepro, more protective, to go on air travel or hiking, and Case Logic, more convenient for walks by car or on foot.
This Case Logic gives me the extra depth that I was looking for, without reaching the volume too high for my taste, the Lowepro toploader 55: I put my APS-C or Pentax K30 Pentax 18-135mm SLR with zoom, lens hood on the lens, be my Fuji X-S1 also with its hood. Dimensions of these two devices are very close.
In ballad, I appreciate two side pockets, much more convenient than the Lowepro single front pocket; I use one to store the lens cover cap and the spare battery, and one for my sunglasses.
By cons I found really roughing the shoulder and I changed to a take on one of my old Lowepro bags.
Finally, if the devices are properly seated when the lens hood is mounted, it lacks for my taste a mobile padding to wedge the device when I turn the lens hood on the lens for storage.
