Constantly Crash's / software crashes and zero support

The software runs with me on Windows 7/64 Bit. The computer is clean and has no known problems. Only ViaCAD crashes ever! I've never experienced that a software is so un- stable ... never, and I am a long time "doing". After the (arbitrarily auftretetenden) Crash the files are of course irretrievably destroyed.
The support I have in between twice written, but received no response - nothing really!
The update feature of the program does not work and generates another error message on the Web page you.
The software is absolutely useless.
