With this book, it opens a door and enters another dimension, another world. Spiritual and identity quest, communion with the "spirits", the author tells us how some men view the world, how they try to preserve their culture, thought, remain faithful to their roots, how they try to (re) find in harmony with the greater whole, to cultivate the bond between them to their land, their history. These men are survivors of "ethnocide", one of the fiercest in history, one can only be impressed by their determination not to disappear and keep their soul in an acculturated, globalized world, materialistic. The passage which speaks of the encounter between the author and the Dalai Lama should interest some.
