Contrary to other allegations at the angle plug everything okay

Now I have a Becker Navi since 2012 in operation without any problems with cables or device. The need for a new cable because a customer has left our loaner about 14 days at the plug and at the plate was only (in the sun). Then the angle plug was ausgeleihert and no longer useful. Whether or not I can not say interacted other forces during the period on the plug, but it can be assumed.
I am convinced that in normal use (Navi remove when not in use and remove connector) also holds the USB angle plug several years perfectly.
