Convenient, but pretty fragile. It is worth its price

Small fans are not noisy. They are not very powerful, but enough to feel a little fresh air flow out to the sides while the power is on. Careful they are no protective grille for fans.

The design is nice and with its blue LEDs were a nice effect (PS3 supersonic effect for me ^^)

As against the acrylic pedestal looks fragile, what is already guess the super light weight. This is a product which is not meant to be manipulated to be static but on a flat surface. This is fine for a console that does not move.
The USB cable (USB dual male / female port) is well sized but fragile.

Note that the rear feet are slightly higher than those in front so the plan is slightly inclined.

In summary this looks like a gadget does not appear as strong and quality but it is my very sufficient sense, practical and pretty not too heavy for a console or a laptop is left on a desk. In addition to the price frankly it's very correct.

Still operational after 2 years of use !!
