The pluses:
+ Well balanced sound
+ Very comfortable to wear: The ear cushions are soft and the strap is padded and above. Even after an hour, there is no wear bruises
+ Stable cable with gold plated connectors
+ Cable is out side
+ Rotating earpieces so that the headset is completely flat stowable
+ Drowned ambient noise is not complete (for me important because I mean environment definitely still want wahrnehemn acoustically in bus, train and on the street - but I hear quite soft music, I can not say anything about how the at a high volume is)
The minuses:
- During the strap has a good feel and seems stable, is the silver part of the ear cups not made of aluminum, but from plastic
- The sound is not particularly bassastig which can, depending on music genre may be a shortcoming
Total outweigh the benefits for me so clearly that I forgive a full five stars!
