We look very little in 3D on our TV, so the glasses are mostly untouched in a box under the TV in the closet, along with the not yet used button cell.
Recently we wanted to watch a 3D movie with friends and then gave our friends depending glasses where Camelion button cells were used. It quickly became apparent that all three (!) Batteries were empty or nearly empty, although these had been used maybe three or four hours, however, they had a total 8-9Monate located in our closet,
before being used for the first time!
But should such a thing happen?
In my opinion, not because precisely for this reason (self-discharge) time I had decided on the battery-powered glasses, as you know, batteries have a higher self-discharge than batteries!
So either these Camelion button cells were quite old, or they just have a very high self-discharge!
