The valent acting Guitar Stand is stable on its three legs and keeps all the guitars (flat, heavier electric guitars and acoustic guitars very bulbous) securely. To attach the neck is an easy on and removable belt at the upper part of the stand that it does not really need but itself (is already safe enough!). I think it's perfectly fine and am completely satisfied for the price.
