Converted internal SATA disks in USB3-housing; for upgrading my computer system from desktop to notebook I have now built the previously internal 2 hard disks of desktop computer in the housing and connected to the notebook via a HUB USB3. Works almost as before with internal disks. Super speed and fan-free operation is possible due to metal housing. Auto shutdown when there is no access has been made very pleasant.
