What I have stuck:
I've changed my Osage longbow the handle. I glued dried stingray skin on the wood. Since I had to make this previously wet, I had just the right adhesive, as this will stick underwater.
Onto the dried skin or on the placoid scales came more real stingray leather. Here I had more fear, that does not stop the glue respectively, does not adhere to the shed. But the two parts to be joined sticking very firmly to one another.
Even a piece of leather is stuck on the wood.
To glue itself:
Since the adhesive is without solvent, it does not smell this well and may even without open window stick.
If you get some of the fingers, that's not bad, you can easily rub off.
The adhesive tip is normal in size, as determined anything for very fine things.
The adhesive itself is quite tough, so determined these adhesive tip.
The nice thing is that it dries transparent, as one does not have 100% working tig.
This flexible tube is more comfortable than any other metal.
Conclusion:
I was very happy. On the one hand with the adhesive per se, of the bond strength up to processability. On the other hand, with the tube itself. For my purposes perfectly, since the adhesive decreased slightly, but not too easy to dose.
>>>>>> The adhesive did his job very well satisfied.
