Cool decor, but very slippery and thin

Through a friend I was made aware of this cool decoration. Since my kitchen is set up in retro style, which should be an appropriate supplement. So I ordered the product, it was delivered very quickly and inexpensively. However, I was a bit surprised because the placemats are very thin and offer no special maintenance, because the bottom is very slippery. For almost 12 because I had expected a little more. Nevertheless, they do very well as decorative and reminiscent of long forgotten times.
