Bought for our summer vacation my icebox. Along with 2 ice packs from the freezer chilled drinks etc. were packed into the box and transported about 7 hours in a hot car (connected to the cigarette lighter). Conclusion: The drinks were really super cold and the all the food have not noticed from the heat outside of the box. Absolute buy recommendation.
