have the fan now since a few days in operation. The smooth running of the fan is good, use it to cool a 240mm radiator.
The air which is pressed by the cooling fins at 7V well. Unfortunately, the fans are clearly heard but also to 7V.
There are so many "cheap" fan quieter.
On 5V although they are hardly heard but barely Airflow :(
Conclusion:
As a case fan which they have no resistance they were great, but for cooling fins is not recommended if you are on Silent PCs.
