So a new one must be put into service.
Conditions to the new:
- Up to A4 format
- Good print quality photos and text
- CD / DVD printing
- Wi-Fi
- Scanning and copying
- I do not need Faxfunkion
These conditions are met, and for lack of alternatives I remain loyal to the brand and to pray "Canon God" - may he live long. "Amen"
After 5 days of test - >>
What I like:
+ Very good print quality
+ Wireless, easy to integrate into my WLAN
+ Internet printing with PIXMA Cloud Link + Google Cloud Print works only properly
+ Chic design
+ For cartridges need replacing, not lift the complete scanning unit, only the control panel
+ Relatively compact
+ 2 paper trays forward
+ Scan and copy in good quality
What bothers me:
- Very sensitive high gloss finish (prone to dust and scratches)
- A paper cassette for sizes up to 13cm x 18cm, preferably photo paper
- Very loud noise
- Very rickety Zusammebau, there are fears it could ever cancel anything
- The ink is extremely expensive (1,712.86 EUR for a liter of colored ink)
- To make it short, the XL cartridges are not really cheap (1,544.55 EUR / Liter)
- Software is almost unusable (thankfully goes beyond Windows 7 everything even without)
Conclusion:. For the home user more useful printer / scanner with high costs
On The Edge:
After unpacking my nose was sensitive to a pungent plastic odor, but which after only one day was no longer perceptible.
After about 200 pages of text and 20 photos 10x15 missing loud Status Monitor 1/3 of the ink for all ink cartridges.
Three stars mean "not bad" and this is true in view of the balance between all the pros and cons carefully.
But if someone, for example, the ink price finds grounds or may waive sensible software that has more value to positive on the scale and can theoretically raise a star.
