Cover has to short belts

I really never write a review, and I am always very satisfied with the goods, I bought through Amazon broadly. However, this time it's different:
I am not at all satisfied with the coverage.
Firstly, the cover will not lash. She is tied only by rubber bands on the trampoline edge.
Unfortunately, these tapes are much too short for my trampoline master Sports. A ribbon is broken already at the first attachment. 2 more ligaments are torn by the use in the first 10 days.
When I told this to the suppliers, I was offered no satisfactory solution, as I have already used the product.
