The song "In Da City" is exactly the philosophy again accounts for the Culcha Candela: "fiery culture". Their music appeals to many different people. It consists of Latino, hip hop and reggae rhythms. It is simply a meeting of different cultures. Sing in 3 different languages (Spanish, English, German). You have a role model for many young people who move with their texts and influence. They do not make these Ghettorap but sing about everyday things. If Culcha Candela begin to make their live show, you have to just dance and sing along. They have this "something" what makes a really good band. For me this is the best band since they do their thing and not be based on the other artists. They write their songs even themselves and draw their performances on so that they draw all men under her spell. Who has once seen these guys live, no longer comes from them going. With her first song "In Da City" they have managed their breakthrough. I hope they will continue to have as much success and I hope they did not lift off with all that and just stay as they are, namely: "Culcha Candela"
