Cult comedy from the 90s

For those who do not know the movie: Kingpin is a really funny comedy from the 90s with a glossy cast - excel both Woody Harrelson as a failed Bowling Star, as well as Bill Murray as his nastier "opponent", Vanessa Angel is a real stunner and Randy Quaid plays the backwoods of the Amish community awesome.
Why the reviews are partially so bad, I can not understand. It is of course already a bissl coarse slapstick, but I think the film is still a lot more fun than much of what today comes as a "comedy" in the cinemas.
By the way, the soundtrack is also very well done.
What the 5 star rating even my mind, is the fact that this is the first HD version of the movie that is not offered in low quality or the supposedly great "director's cut". Be sure the HD version of Amazon buy / borrow Prime!
The currently available DVD version has an inferior quality and there are - because of the "Director's Cut" s some extra scenes in there, but they were not the first place to give up a lot, and secondly, not dubbed - so the sound will change times evenly into English ..!
However, I prefer the German track and therefore the rather irritated. But here at last salvation in a good quality and totally sufficient theatrical version.
Clear purchase or Leihempfehlung!
