The Sleeve is very pretty and matches my expectations. The delivery was prompt and reliable - but: the part is too small for my laptop. I need 14 inches according to the description in cm size. In reality, the Sleeve is clearly too small. I hope the exchange works. Just who pays me the return postage costs by 7 and the re-shipping costs? That I have to clarify and I hope for fair dealing. The required return is due to the incorrect description of the supplier. Shame
