I had and have already different Philips audio devices and has always been enthusiastic. Here is the first gaffe.
First the positive points:
Processing is fine. Here is noted that the white device, the speaker grill is not as white as the rest of the case, is more of a light gray.
The connection with multiple devices via Bluetooth just works (even without the manual effort to). The speaker remembers at least two devices and you do not always pairing again.
The battery life is great. The speaker has hingedudelt last Saturday from morning to night coupled with a tablet in front of him.
Not really smart power indicator (LED) is behind the speaker grille, which can be seen in a lot of light / sun barely. Since an LED in the Bedienlesite or in one of the buttons would have been better. When the size of the charger, even more than 2 amperes would certainly have been possible, which should shorten the charging time yet. Not exactly measured it, but I would say there are more than four hours.
Now for the not so good side Ganzu:
The sound is easy to bass-heavy. And the audio source (Bluetooth connection) must not exceed half full blast his (try a Lumia and an iPad), otherwise the speakers at the volume control using the jog dial on the corner at higher volumes is overwhelmed quickly. May make him great loud you do not, otherwise distorts the music.
For pop and language (radio) the sound is fine. In hiphop or techno speaker quickly reaches its limits. Or you can hear just quietly. Bass-heavy tracks are due to the additional extra bass speaker absolutely inaudible and you have to turn down the volume (in hip-hop and techno ;-). A switch for bass boost on / off might help (there used to be in the pit for Philips portable CD player!).
Conclusion:
The loudspeaker can not be greatly turned easily, otherwise the sound is bad. For music the way, in the kitchen or in the workshop, he is fine.
For the EIA I had returned the part. Have him but bought on a specific measure directly from Philips and the discount was ok for me to keep it.
