Who buys cheap, buys twice: after I had bought myself a cheap model with 45mm wheel diameter and was not really happy with this am (helical gear constantly loosened), I opted for this model. I would recommend the rotary cutter fully. Due to the small diameter of the cutting wheel I can draw curves better / cutting and rolling Scheider creates far any material.
