I had been tailored to micro-SIM SIM card (mobile KD), which I had also successfully trimmed with a cutter Noosy deal 2 years ago.
I have slightly abraded at the corners, so that the map is accurate to the punching template fits (important!) This tailored micro-SIM card. Then I pressed slowly and check that the card sits vertically in the punching template. Then continue slowly and continuously pressing until it makes clack. Finished! Went without further treatment accurately in the nano-SIM carriage my iPad Air!
Note: I have to cut previously with 2 old SIM card, which I no longer use, tried (with the old standard SIM cards, the chip is bigger!). In one it has worked with the blank, at the other it has solved the chip from the substrate.
My conclusion: strong buy recommendation (unless you have a very old SIM card with a large chip: but then the problem lies rather in the SIM card)
