Color appears in this one clearly darker amber that OMV may be used on Zuckercoleur that is used, however, as with many other distilleries for color distinguishing different vintages. The smell the more fruity note by the finish is already clearly visible. Taste this note is preserved, but adheres rather discreetly in the background. This is something that is known from the 15-year-old Dalwhinnie flavors show.
In total the whiskey is very nice and mild oily and leaves a very pleasant aftertaste. In particular, the lack of sharpness of the alcohol I really appreciate in this whiskey. The finish brings compared with the 15-year-old Dalwhinnie little more complexity and fruit at a slightly higher price. But I would him a friend.
