This is the 2nd dash DVR207 based chipset that I purchase. This article has received many positive reviews in the US for good reason. Apart from the SD card, it comes with all the accessories needed for its installation. For this purpose the power cable has been provided sufficiently long to allow a lateral passage by the studs and a return in the glove box. Furthermore the quality of HD shooting is waiting for you. According to the write performance of the SD Card, you can climb up to 1900X1200 resolution, but 1280 is more than enough in my opinion. Note that taking nocture view is quite acceptable. Once connected to the power supply, triggering is automatic at startup. Many menu options, including a possibility eve with motion detection, I have not tested. From time to time, I had to reformat the card, which is understandable because of rewrites loop, but the operation takes only a few seconds from the built-in menus (no need to go back to a PC) Plan a minimum of 32GB SD Class 10 speed of access. Finally, no GPS functionality but at this price it's normal. In conclusion an apparently stable dashcam that perfectly provides the basic features expected for a rapoort quality competitive price.
