DDR2 or DDR3? for Samsung N150

Had me now bought for my netbook Samsung N150 that memory.
Unfortunately, it does not fit there several variants of the model are N150 and at least the distinction
N150 Plus (N450 Processor) that requires DDR2.
N150 Plus (N550 Dual Core Processor) requires DDR3.

Too late I have seen that when the memory in the netbook expands at least on my model under the RAM "DDR2 only" is.

Thus, the product description is correct but not sufficient.
