Hello, For three weeks now, capsule 10 minutes before meals as indicated in the instructions. I checked morning noon and night and I did not note known effect. I bought this product after article in "Institute for Health Protection" (which recommended the active ingredient (berberine), but not this particular product), article that no longer seems to exist (?). I have the impression that "it works a little better" by taking the product 20 minutes before meals, but it is not conclusive for me, so, very disappointing. I will continue my treatment house ie, a strict diet and sport that allows me not to take any medication to treat my type 2 diabetes ;-) Note: I have not changed my diet during treatment.
