I was really decue by this book. I bought it based on the reviews (all very good at the time) and frankly I would leaf through the front because that way I would be made to realize that the only bread that is actually very appetizing coverage . but in fact that I blame him especially is that it offers a variety of breads but NO single bread. however learn to make a good bread I do not know what kind of fruit or nuts or cereal flour does not know when to make a simple normal white bread. or even a simple wholemeal bread. very partial received situation as a book and really for people who want change because they want more bread 'normal'.
for those wanting a complete book I recommend another book that I should buy before this one: the big book of bread machines Jennie Shapter. this book contains much much more explanation of the process, beautiful pictures and a large selection of recipes from the most simple and basic bread recipe has unique and varied breads. was the era I still had not seen the marabout of bread machine but I'm told it's not bad. and after ca, net revenue also struts. and you can use his imagination.
personnaly I prefer to learn basic to vary thereafter.
