One of four bulbs was broken after two days. On the recommendation of the supplier I have garment manufacturer directly, Philips hotline. The conversation lasted about 15 minutes. The questions went on duty on the quantity of circuits to dimmers and motion detector and much more. Mind you after two days of burn time. After two not very friendly email contacts I got after about 14 days, a new energy-saving lamp. Unfortunately not complaining the same model as that. 1. The base is prepared differently. 2. The new lamp is about six millimeters longer. 3. The light temperature is considerably darker. 4. The stated life expectancy is shorter, instead of 10,000 for just about 8,000 hours. All in all not acceptable. In the cover letter is also the "fair dealing" is mentioned. For me, Philips is no longer an issue.
