I own 3 of these disks. In the 3.rd order the power supply was faulty from the factory. I sent it immediately to the Support Center of Western Digital and have waited in vain for quick replacement. Now are verstichen 14 days and no feedback from WD. According to the support page, it may be that one of returned products only 7 "Business Days" is listed in the system. Well, that'll be fun. So I imagine a customer NOT! If I had the whole plate equal sent to Amazon, I would probably already get a replacement.
Conclusion: Amazon: Top - Western Digital flop.
