I bought now all 3 Licking 3 Solar mats after a year to every nook and cranny. When I got in touch with the service I received on normal emails no answers but only one-line sentence fragments, my questions were not answered. Then I sent at his own expense a mat. After 3 requests on my part and 6 weeks later again a one-liner that I could pay 34 euros for the repair (plus shipping). What was the result and why it was my fault the unjustifiable void the warranty of course was not mentioned.
