I got me this mortar despite some negative assessments brought and must say I am fully satisfied and least understand the negative judging in any way. The mortar has been machined what the individual grooves and the Knubbel statements definitely in the middle. The dust matter speaks for the mortar. Marble is very dusty in the processing and also smells like concrete. Therefore, this is completely normal after processing. Must be rough to get a good result, the ground inside. Therefore, just really good wash and little mortars with coarse salt and already has it with the many dust soon settled. In addition, the mortars results in friction which wears the marble. All negative assessments regarding the dust are just the laziness of the people to take a closer look to deal with the details of the mortar and the mortar properly go prepare for its very first proper use.
I hope that this helps people better understand all this and to assess the mortar according to its purpose and not to his dust.
