I am unfortunately the occasional sports and exaggerating currently not regular enough to sport in a real routine to come. Ie that I then also often struggle with many days of muscle soreness, which keeps me from right back to sport and come back which between them, you have no time - you know that. Three years ago, I have even begun to really go consistently jogging every other day and had then drunk then always direct a protein shake. Those were shakes of Rossmann, who were not so expensive and delicious. After four or five months I had the whole then interrupting illness, and have never got in again. For half a year now, I try to find a rhythm, but I will always thrown back by problems with many days of muscle soreness & Co. However, I have drunk no shakes after training. I do not know if that really brings something or just imagination and placebo, but no matter what either the case is clear: By drinking shakes like this one I am after two days so fit, that I can go to walk again. That leaves me with regard to my project soon hope to seek regular gym again that I am not for days afterwards when I finished as the same one or two Shake drink afterwards.
The application here is very simple, just use a spoon per 250 ml. I always mix the powder with milk and drink about a pint after training them. I use it a Rossmann shaker and shakes the whole 30 seconds. The powder is then completely solved, nothing more lumpy. Just like to stir the powder in the cup with a spoon I have not tried it yet. The taste is, at least with milk, nothing to complain about. Sweet and tasty vanilla, other than artificial or so, you can well drink away after an exhausting workout :)
I'm curious how it goes and if I now actually make it through the shakes to go back to run regularly (and thus at least an excuse to have less) and can then 5km run again at a time in a few weeks (which is currently absolutely not in it, you will simply old ^^). I will write about;)
