The sauces keep luckily even opened virtually forever without becoming ill or become moldy, as a precaution landing the open in our fridge.
The package includes 6 variants, already recognizable at first glance at the cover:
green: The Classic sharp with some garlic.
red: The Sharper, without garlic.

The sharpness seems to me at all before about the same, only the red is sharper. I particularly like that the sauces are not only sharp but also have flavor. Warning: All sauces contain monosodium glutamate as a flavor enhancer.
