Neither the crystal box. Bought 1,95euros, no headphones. Nevermind the plastic box. But damage to the headphones, even if they are probably worth their price. With Sennheiser headphone input range, the sound quality is good, and ultimately, that's all I ask of this mp3 player where the 3 stars.
