During the treatment, which runs for about twelve weeks, the body is heavily loaded and especially the liver. Therefore I received the recommendation accompanying take Panaceo for purification.
At first I used Panaceo Basic Detox powder with lemon flavor. So from that, I really can not recommend, because the powder is mixed in water
- I mean really touched, because it is not in it dissolves - and drank it. Some know the feeling when you lie on the beach in the surf of the sea and suddenly his mouth was full of sand. Just as it has been for me the Panaceo powder. It crunches between your teeth and I was able to overcome it difficult to drink. So I tried to mix it in my protein shake, which would work in principle, if not the lemongrass flavor would be so intrusive stung from the chocolate shake out.
I let it remain so for the time being times, and waited until the delivery to the Panaceo Basic Detox capsules arrived. In the meantime, my wife needed to lemongrass powder. It occurred to me that in the time when she regularly took the powder had more energy than I do.

* I usually have a very restless sleep and wake up several times at night. About a week after the start of treatment Panaceo I slept better and had thus also the feeling of being fitter. Unfortunately, I still have quite a DST changeover jetlag. Maybe I began simply too late with the capsules.
* Basically, I feel very good, however, and imagining to be able to observe a positive change in my skin condition.
