I bought the Saeco Odea in January 2013, and after three months it has fallen down. I phone to Customer Support Philips Belgium and they have everything organized for transportation and repair shop. On this point I have nothing to say. The first time the repair service simply has "cleaned the mill" ... Unfortunately, the machine is quickly DROP down and this time, the mill's to be replaced. The machine is again fallen down shortly after the second repair. After being a little (but nicely) "upset" with the Customer Support Philips Belgium, they eventually replace the machine and sent back a Saeco Syntia me that is a range above the Saeco. I am very happy so far. Fingers crossed. Nevertheless, I have a friend who has a Saeco Odea and she never had any problem. I have the bad luck ...
