The package was smaller than expected and not particularly difficult - so I could not imagine that the promised Philips points could agree lightness and compact size. The manual is easy to read and understandable written. Included in my delivery were the iron and two anti-calc cartridges, which are packed separately in a black film. The ironing system is packaged in commercial film. The station is small, compact and practical, looks great beautiful design and ergonomic forms. Tell me and my friend (2-person household) too much and goes well with us. We iron does not really like, when `s must stop. After everything was unpacked and the cartridge has been used according to the instructions in the box at the top of the station, here came the first disappointment when the cartridge is inserted, the flap can not close completely, the lid is thus not just the surface. Then we went to the water fill. Unfortunately, the Perfect Care Pure does not have a removable water tank and the delivery here also no cup for filling is so off Get in the kitchen, watering or measuring cup, 1.5 liter fill in there and then go to the ironing station and fill in the ironing station. Then simply the On button pressed, wait two minutes and the iron was ready. At first use, you have to hold said than done for 10 seconds the steam button. Even here, I noticed that the ironing system makes relatively loud and strange noises and the steam comes relatively unevenly during the 10 second out, but that is apparently normal for a start. Although it did not get better after 30 seconds with the volume and the irregular steam output, I am nevertheless dared even to the first garments. First I started with a sweater, then a pair of jeans, trousers, chiffon blouse, Basic-shirt printing and everything went smoothly and relatively wrinkle and crease-resistant. For stubborn wrinkles as in shirts, it is very difficult, but if a few more times you go over it here, then the result acceptable but unfortunately I know better results from other steam ironing systems (eg from Philips Perfect Care Expert the big brother of the station) , What I noticed during ironing, the steam is not discharged regularly, but always in spurts and even if you release the steam button still comes out some time after steam. The noise level does not decrease even though there is enough water in it and the anti-scale cartridge was used no idea why. To get what water after ironing out of the station, you have to cumbersome as transport and overturn the whole station, because the station, unfortunately, has no removable water tank. What bothers me is that you regularly need to replace the cartridge in order to ironing can. 4 Pure Steam cartridges cost on the Philips Page 19.99. That you have to replace these regularly, a minus point is again a cost more for the financial management.
My Conclusion: Super design, light weight, compact size and great special effects with blue lights but unfortunately for us because of the awkward filling and emptying, noise and irregular steam production not the right companion through the laundry mountains.
