Energy consumption:
Class A is worse with most other devices. Definite plus. The device has compressor cooling, therefore the consumption is also lower.
Temperature control:
I did not expect that in a wine cooler, a mechanical thermostat was installed. Actually all wine refrigerators have an electronic thermostat with temperature display. The Severin has hidden a poorly accessible dial up the interior with a scale of 1-7. A temperature gauge is completely missing. Who wants to buy the refrigerator anyway, should also order a refrigerator thermometer and try practically anything with time mapping scale adjustment for temperature. I want to store my wine at 16 ° C and not at an undefined position eg 2. For me a clear minus.
Interior lighting:
This is in addition to the thermostat (also inside) arranged. When the top tray is full, you have only this leeräumen (as well as at a temperature adjustment). Here, the developer probably had a misfire. Completely impractical!
Volume:
Is pleasantly unobtrusive. Although it is not even a whisper, but which is not uch promised. The device is noticeably quieter than the Caso wine Duett, I have returned (for this but also for other reasons). There are no annoying hum duration of fans, as with the thermoelectric cooling during Caso.
Appearance:
The plastic door looks cheap. Many other devices have a stainless steel finish.
I have decided to return the unit.
