The delivery is complete, to M8 all VESA screw up high, dowels and wall screws are included.
If anyone can dowels a shelf on the wall, he should also have no problem to fix this holder.

However, I realized that only the mounting of the monitor does not lead to a "unique" seat.
Without the additional (beiligende) fixing screw the monitor can still easily move back and forth.
