Our satellite system with twin LNB (Acer FT8 LNBF-55dB) is determined 20 years old and could therefore be operated via the analog-digital AC on.
The signals I use and an alternative or parallel for a Samsung TV for an ext. Xoro 9000 DVB-S2 receiver.

Intermittently for some time was the second signal completely.
Troubleshooting revealed an internal error (contact?) In the LNB.
After knocking and bending at the terminals, the signal was briefly back.
The signal strength was always 100% in function of both outputs.
Based on the positive reviews on Amazon I'm stuck in the Alps Quad and have ordered the part.
The device is built and met my expectations fully.
Even with the Alps I have 100% signal strength.

So far I have not had problems with the LNB.
Positive one has yet, in any case, the existing weather protection cap
mention this LNB.
It is also clear to me now a expandable to 4 DVB-S2 receiver in the living object.

I would like to here about a significant improvement in reception not express clearly.
We work a lot with recordings and see little live Full HD movies.
Thus I would have to rate my concerns here placebo effect.
