The item ordered was for a good price. It arrived perfectly packaged, within the prescribed period (like all my orders from Amazon).

As against it was intended for a child 14 years old with a passion for drawing, gold comes with the drawing program does not exist in French, nor even with a manual in French; which, by the way is contrary to French law.
