At first top, then HUGE FLOP

When the envelope came I was really happy, good fit on the iPad and beautiful appearance. At the last removal of the iPad but simply broke a corner away. The envelope has never been dropped, never been exposed to significant temperature variations or similar .. I am writing this therefore because the answer to my complaint was. "Because of improper use we can not do anything". That's great, really. Are these things so produced that they are unusable after 6 months? Dear Manufacturer, which is plastic !!!. Plastic waste there is enough in this world and I do not want every 6 months iPad case with this throw. If improper use is that you can also now and again from the sheath takes the Ipad then I do not know, too ..... In my opinion, an excuse. In any case I'm going to buy no more cheap scrap and upgrade to a leather sheath.
