First of all: The negative reviews have, frankly me quite perplexed:
- Battery life too short?
- Charging cable too stiff to allow it when using it?
- Too heavy?
- Thumb buttons pressed by mistake?
- Range tests?
- Too small?
- ... Various other criticisms
These and numerous other criticisms irritated me properly. And were it not for "Amazon" in the back, I would not let myself out ... and regretted it bitterly. Although ... then I would have no inkling that this is to complain to the highest - level is - really the highest.
Yes, the mouse is exceptionally difficult. But I do not want to carry around but slide on the table back and forth. So my weight is something become of care ... errrrr ... because I still was watching the first few times when moving, whether they might depend somewhere.
Yes, the lifting and shifting I solved - especially in the early days - always the front lower thumb key out, until my fingers had become accustomed to it "better" to touch. Now it happens only extremely rare and more rare.
The "Range testing" have confused me. That you can also use it to operate the media server using the mouse, I can indeed imagine yet, but what do the people "behind a wall" to do with the mouse? In short, the scope is to me - until today - something of matter. She creates the few feet distance from the computer. And it also creates the almost 5 meters Distance to media servers if I would want to use them ever there. That's enough for me just fine. Quite apart from this, I use it anyway just to the cable.
Yes, the charging cable is so stiff that you probably could make a rope trick with it. Why not supplied with the house from a flexible cable, also my imagination escapes. Should it be a question of price, but I'm glad that you're not on the cable and - has saved on the mouse - as with so many other manufacturers. Force the enormous resolution I have to move a few millimeters on the table it anyway; therefore bothers me the cable, frankly, do not give a damn. (. It also has a standard micro-USB port So if you still absolutely need a thinner cable, which can at any time get one or probably has already one lying around at home;. For example, from the camera or other USB-enabled devices)
Yes, the battery life is limited. But hey: intense, even after a 10-hour day gaming fans and tireless Herumgezerres on the mouse has gone out her breath not (entirely).
And yes, this mouse is also my hands a bit too small, so I either hand can not lay smooth or come into the enclosure when lifting with the thumb keys. But as a "big-Händer" I have long been accustomed to it: There are only very, very few "giant mouse", allow a clean palm rest. And this is also not one of them.
For all keys are very well thought out and arranged - unlike the keys of most other competing models - also very light and verwechselungsfrei reach. For this, a clean compressed point, the "accidental click" almost excludes ... and I'm happy.
--------------------------------
All in all: An excellent mouse - no doubt - small hooks and eyes, but ultimately much mouse for mice.

Supplement (April 24, 2014):
After Dominik's comment's are now again News: It is "Super-Soft-scrolling" (quasi "free-running scroll wheel") obviously === === GENUINE a feature and not at all UM a production error in which, as I all the time mistakenly thought. You can optionally set "Super-soft" or "standard chatter". The knobs just behind the scroll wheel is apparently responsible and change (at quite little tender Pressing all the way) the two modes at will and taste.
(So that I can now - thanks to Dominik - underline the misleading claims in this review and say happily: Well, this mouse has finally, unequivocally and without hesitation, the 5 star that you can enter here, absolutely deserved.)
