Billigteil for cheap price

All thing, it is not very quiet, especially at high level
very very annoying. At high humidity, for example. in the bathroom
is the part of happy times which of course may not be.
Despite the low price, I expect a heater
the least runs when I turn on him.
Particularly well made it is anyway, but that's
in which price is not whimsical, I hope that holds at least for a while.
