After opening the carton, I was initially a bit surprised when I found a kind of oval plastic egg with zipper. These are to a box with zipper for permanent storage. Once opened, you will find on one side of the folded headphones, and various accessories:

Design and processing:
===================
The headset is made largely of plastic in matt design. The surface feels slightly rubberized and good tack. The mechanism for adjusting the strap is very stable and the connection between earpiece and bracket consists of a metal rod. The hinge for the folding mechanism is located at the same place and is very stable and well thought out in construction. Although the ear pads are made of plastic, they feel soft and comfortable. The individual components are bolted to small Phillips screws: This could indicate that you can disassemble the headset for a battery replacement. But because of the guarantee I did not try it.
Due to its narrow design and the slightly small ear cushions of these headphones is not as powerful as the expensive models from other manufacturers. However, the ear cushions are still large enough to completely enclose the ear.
The touch panel for operation located outside of the right earpiece, a little further about it, on the side, sits the pressure switch on and off.
The inside padded storage box makes a noble impression and stable, so I am very pleased overall with the quality of workmanship and design.
Comfort:
===========
As glasses for me an important criterion. After touchdown, it feels a bit "tight", since the tension of the strap ensures that the ear is firmly on the ear. My initial doubts were quickly dispelled, however, because after good 1 hour use did hurt anywhere. But you sweat a bit on the ear, if you have the headphones on longer. But that is in my Superlux too. The sturdy strap adapt to different head shapes is not a problem.
Installation and Operation:
=====================
First, I tested the headphones to my old stereo system with the included jack cable. Unfortunately, the supplied cable is too short. But me do not mind that, since I possess an additional, wired headset and a Bluetooth transmitter for coupling to older devices without Bluetooth functionality.
The coupling itself is easy. Simply press and hold the power button for more than 4 seconds until the LED contained therein alternately flashes red and blue. X-TOUCH is then displayed as a new device on your phone. The multifunction switch has actually a lot of functions, depending on the printing time. To activate you press for 2 seconds further 2 seconds to pairing. To switch off but you have him press 4 seconds and 2 seconds to activate the voice control. He also serves as a pause and call key.
However, the touch panel is the real innovation. It only works in Bluetooth mode and it is not enough simply to touch only one of the keys, but you have it "swipe". That means you wipe from the center of the touch field in the respective direction: Up and down to adjust the volume and the right side and left to jump title. This works for some acclimatization amazingly well and reliably.
Sound quality:
===========
The sound quality is very excited me. This headphone fits as a Friend deep bass good to me, since the bass strong and crisp coming over. More significant than my Superlux, more comparable to the higher-priced models from Beyerdynamic, who are also more likely bassy. Nevertheless, the highs and midrange are not neglected and also the channel separation I feel successful. So Subjectively I like the sound very, very good and yet has somewhat surprised me positively for this price range.
For rock and pop music, especially hip-hop and R & B, this headset is very well suited. Even films come across really well, which is not least due to the excellent bass reproduction.
Conclusion:
====
I am completely satisfied with this headset. In addition to his good looks and innovative operating concept, it also offers a clean and very good sound, which has very convincing.
But again: It is the assessment of sound quality is a very subjective thing. Who does not like dominant bass, might be less satisfied. If in doubt, you should try the headphones it first.
