That reminds me so a ball has been recommended by my physiotherapist, I ordered this ball. I highly recommend it! I need the ball to the foot massage way at office table! The ball but for all area on the body well suited if the back, knees, shoulders, it does not matter! The ball is also well finished and is therefore definitely worth the money!
