I said that this opinion addresses the Precision Gaming Mouse Model 2000 CIO into a "spaceship". Important point saw that Amazon seems to merge the product with another gamer mouse with 8000 DPI Anker, for some reason that escapes me, as it is not the same product.
Having been testing this mouse in all its aspects in a short time with the Logitech G500 as a benchmark, I will give a very detailed commentary about it.
But for clarity, I will begin by summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the product.
Then, if you wish, you can find much more detailed information below.

IN SHORT, THE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES
=========================================
If I had to summarize the list of small flaws that I found this mouse:
- Right and left VERY sensitive buttons, you may need a little getting used to not trigger clicks by mistake (it is this point which alone cost him his 5th star);
- Non-directional wheel, and a little too lightly notched for games (I will ignore its lack of toothed / free setting, Logitech's exclusive)
- No adjustable weight as other gamer mouse (but the weight for me as such)
- Perhaps a bit narrow for big hands, and too big for the finer, but it is a matter of taste (I prefer the upper width of the G500)
But all this is to be measured against its many advantages:
- Very good build quality (nice touch surface, meaningful materials and insensitive to fingerprints)
- Luminescent shell, or deactivated 4 customizable colors (red, blue, green, purple)
- Atypical design (buttons integrated to the hull, tapered)
- Symmetrical shape rather ambidextrous (although the side buttons are designed for righties)
- Speed adjustment (IPR) on the fly, on 4 levels, from 500 to 4000 DPI (although as announced up to 2000 DPI) and despite no finer adjustment (in increments of 100 DPI, for example. )
- 7 fully reprogrammable and customizable buttons, including left / right buttons, with the option to assign keystrokes to it (macros)
- Laser sensor, precise and tested many media (but check on glass)
- Glides excellent fluidity of movement, wide skids
- Complete driver, stable and intuitive (even in English)
- Memorized settings in the mouse memory (5 slots available) and in external files
- All for a VERY tight price (20 euros)

IN DETAIL, A PRESENT ...
=========================================
Design and Features
-------------------------------------------------- -
This mouse, unpacking, impresses.
- The form, first of all, with the buttons integrated into the hull, the geometric shape is very special, with, center, empty space passing the cable and the wheel;
- The top of the shell is light (4 different colors), an effect that can be customized, or completely disabled;
- The hull sides are painted black gloss effect, but show themselves resistant or insensitive, scratches and fingerprints. A very good point!
- The cable, braided, leads to a gold-plated USB connector. It is rather nice and qualitative, but I would not go as far as stating that these materials are more durable than others;
- The mouse has 7 buttons (left click, right click, click the trackwheel high side switch, button side down, "DPI" button up and button "DPI" below) whose functions can all be reparamétrées the optional driver ( see below);
- The wheel is notched, but unidirectional (not left-right tilt for horizontal scrolling);
- The sensor is a laser that supports up to 2000 DPI announced, but seeming to go beyond in reality (see below);
- The glide is absolutely perfect, very quiet and smooth, with wide pads.
Colors and settings for speed / accuracy (IPR)
-------------------------------------------------- -
Then, by connecting the mouse to the PC, the shell glows white purplish, revealing a ribbed design the most beautiful effect, although few discreet. Personally, I love it!
Then, the mouse takes the color of the DPI setting (dots per inch or dots per inch) that is currently selected, then the light will switch on and off alternately, with a dissolve effect, like a neon color.
Note that this mouse can light up in 4 different colors (red, dark blue, green and purple) each corresponding to a different DPI setting.
Default: 500 DPI (red), 1000 DPI (dark blue), 1500 DPI (green by default) and purple (2000 DPI).
The DPI setting can be changed on the fly (during a game session, for example) with double button below the dial.
Interestingly: while the mouse is announced for 2000 Maximum DPI, the driver can mount up to 4000 DPI.
Strange Anker does not communicate about this: error on the driver? Driver planned for several mouse models? Off setting before marketing then reactivated?
Anyway, this setting is 4000 DPI much faster than the DPI 2000, he is indeed active.
However, I doubt the usefulness of such an adjustment, 1500 DPI pretend me amply sufficient for dual full HD.
The pilot
-------------------------------------------------- -
The presets (500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 DPI) can be fully modified with the optional driver should be downloaded from the website of Anker.
It then becomes possible to assign a different color to each DPI setting (500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000 and 4000 DPI), allowing you ultimately choose the one that suits you best.
In this regard, we regret, perhaps, that the setting of IPR is not done by finer increments (in steps of 100 for ex.)
This driver also allows you to:
- Lighting completely disable the mouse (which may not appeal to everyone)
- To modify the intensity
- To modify the duration of the fade effect (lights off / on lighting).
- The driver also allows you to disable one or more presets, if you do not use them all, just to let one, two or three.
Besides managing lighting and DPI levels, this driver also adjusts parameters of the "classic":
- Adjustable from the Windows Control Panel: Scrolling speed dial, speed and acceleration of the mouse, display cursor trails, the double-click speed;
- Specific to the mouse: assigning functions triggered by 7 buttons (left, right, click the trackwheel side button up, side and down button button "DPI" button above and "low DPI"), lighting management and color (as shown above), refresh rate of the information transmitted to the PC (125, 250, 500 and 1000 Hz).
It is also possible, for each button, to record macros (series of commands) that are then executed when pressing the corresponding button. Very useful for making key chains on some video games, for example.
All these settings can be saved in file "profiles", files can also be stored in the mouse memory (5 slots available) to be recharged quickly.
The pilot seems perfectly stable with a relatively clear interface and well designed.
Thorough use and ergonomics
-------------------------------------------------- -
In use, this mouse is very nice. The texture of the shell is perfect: neither too harsh nor too rubbery, it allows the mouse to remain well in hand.
It is advertised as a right-handed mouse because of its side buttons located at the right thumb, but in reality, its symmetrical shape allows it to be used by a left.
The only constraint is then no longer have the side buttons under the thumb, but under the ear, making them more difficult to use.
The left and right buttons are integrated into the shell, which leads me to my first real criticism of this mouse: they are VERY SENSITIVE, a little too much for my taste.
I have indeed become used with a separate mouse buttons (harder), let rest my finger on the right button.
Now, with this mouse, and just a very light pressure on the buttons (folding slightly finger without pressing) for the click sounds.
I find myself often trigger a contextual menu (right click) unintentionally.
But it is certainly a matter of habit, as this happens to me less and less.
I do not know if this is a feature of mouse buttons integrated into the hull (this is my first model of this type).
The dial is she, like buttons: the teeth are very light, much like those in a G500 "notched" position.
This may hinder some people followers of notches "marked", including FPS where the dial is used to change weapons.
However, it reduced notching should delight fans of the desktop and Internet browsing, who will find a rather fluid and silent running.
As mentioned above, also be aware that this wheel is not multidirectional and can not be "switched" to the left or right, offering two "buttons" more generally used for horizontal scrolling.
That said, it avoids inadvertently trigger these buttons, especially when a wheel / middle click, a tilt wheel being much more sensitive on this point.
In fact, the only real mistake this wheel is, in my eyes ... not to be a Logitech.
On the G500, the detachable wheel is pure happiness: it can be notched for the game, and leave it completely free wheel to scroll through long pages of text at the desired speed, the whole being a formidable precision.
But we can not decently ask Anker copy stupidly its competitor, even if it is a real revolution.
Especially on a mouse to 20, two times cheaper than average G500.
The other buttons are the ones ideally placed and well designed. No games to report, with a perfectly fitted waist.
Unlike the two main buttons, no risk of accidentally pressing it, or the "miss" when really wants to support it.
Weight level, mouse Anker, given to 156 g, seems lighter than my Logitech G500, which I use with all the additional weight.
Yet the Logitech G500, without weight is given for 116 g and 150 g with weights.
The shape of the mouse Anker, smaller and tapered to the eye, maybe there is something.
I do not feel, therefore, the lack of adjustable weights, but it's a matter of habit.
Sliding, meanwhile, is absolutely perfect and fluid, in addition to being totally silent.
I tested it on a wood desk only. The results will probably differ in other media, but in the case of a laser sensor, it is theoretically impervious to the medium (color, patterns) with the notable exception of glass, support I am not able to test.

Hopefully this long test could answer any questions that you might have had about this mouse.
