I received a version of "32 DUMAS International High carbon stainless steel," as it is engraved on the blade. This is not a ... De Buyer De Buyer unless did (+/- recently) bought 32 brand DUMAS? I contacted De Buyer via their form on the website but it seems there is no one to answer. Oh well ... In any case it looks like it's the same mold that is used for version De Buyer (from the picture on the website) and my 32-DUMAS.
Finally I decided to keep the article. It seems very good both in terms of metal at the level of the handle. I use it to return my pancakes, 1 week, and sometimes the pizzas out of the oven.
